2025-26 TOTS and All Aboard open enrollment begins January 8, 2025 at 6:00 AM through February 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM 

All returning and new families to the Early Learning Center must complete the steps listed below between January 8, 2025 through February 5, 2025 to submit your child's 2025-26 TOTS enrollment for consideration.

Submit online enrollment between January 8, 2025 starting 6:00 AM through February 5, 2025 ending 11:59 PM.  Click here to download the EZ ChildTrack Online Enrollment instructions

1. Click 2025-26 All Aboard Child Information and Enrollment Application to download, print and complete.
2. The following must be received by February 5, 2025 by 4:00 PM to the address listed below:
   1. A $175 registration check made payable to Westfield Washington Schools
   2. A copy of your child's birth certificate
   3. Proof of residency by submitting copies of the following:

1 of the following:

• Indiana driver's license with current address
• State ID with current address

AND

1 of the following:

• Deed
• Building permit
• Rental agreement
• Mortgage statement
• Current lease (including the term, address, name, phone number of lessor, name of lessee, and listing of tenants)
• Property tax statement in the parent / guardian's name

AND

1 of the following:

• Water bill
• Gas bill
• Electric bill
• Auto insurance bill
• Bank statement
• Pay stub

WWS employees must provide a copy of their current employee badge.

All Aboard Program Information

• Enrollment for child care is offered as a School Year Plan providing care from August 4, 2025 through May 26, 2026
• Families who have children enrolled in the preschool and pre-k classrooms have the option to enroll in break care plans:  Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break
• TOTS Summer Camp is available for the preschool and pre-k child.  The full summer plan has limited enrollment beginning March 3, 2025
• Hours of operation are 6:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. (select specific plan with times)
• State guidelines for care will be followed and ratios will be honored
• Program design will combine preschool activities with a “home like” atmosphere
• Staffed by Westfield Washington Schools employees with Early Childhood training and experience
• Lunch is purchased through the school cafeteria through the child's lunch account
• Enrollment is limited

When school is closed due to inclement weather or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control, care is available from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM for full time TOTS preschool and full time All Aboard families only.  These children will attend at the Virginia F. Wood Early Learning Center.  Care is not available for Infants, Toddlers, and the All Aboard Readiness families.  

 

Only TOTS Preschool and All Aboard Pre-k will be open from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM. These classrooms will attend at the Virginia F. Wood Early Learning Center.

The cafeteria at the Early Learning Center will be open for the children.  A prepackaged breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be provided. These days are included in your regular fees.

Westfield Washington Schools closings will be announced on local television, radio stations and through phone/text messages from the school district. The decision whether or not we close on a Hamilton County Travel Watch will be made on a case by case basis. All program sites will be closed in the event of a Hamilton County Travel Warning or if conditions are unsafe for families and staff or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control.

 

As is the case in any child care, we do not provide credit or refunds for days not attended whether this day is by parent choice, due to conditions which make attendance unsafe, or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control. 

If Hamilton County issues a Travel Warning or if conditions are unsafe for families and staff or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control, parents will be notified that we are closing and children will need to be picked up as soon as safely possible.

The TOTS classrooms will meet as regularly scheduled on staff development days and parent/teacher conference days.  These days must coincide with your child's service days according to when your child normally attends.

Online enrollment for each break is open until 14 days prior to the start of each break, and you have the flexibility to select specific days to attend during the breaks for child care.  Each break is open for online enrollment until 14 days prior to the start of the break.  Families may cancel break enrollment by the same deadline date, 14 days prior to the start of each break.

  • October 20-24, 2025
• Winter Break 2025-26 (enroll or withdraw by 12-8-25)
  • December 22-23, December 29-31, and January 2 (closed 12/24, 12/25, 12/26 and 1/1)
• Spring Break 2026 (enroll or withdraw by 3-20-26)
  • April 3-10, 2026
