Enrollment Information
Registered families can download the new EZ ChildTrack Parent Portal app! This is a secured app and requires you to first have a child enrolled in a program before you are able to use the app.
Click the EZ ChildTrack link to the left to go to our Parent Portal website, then scroll down to the bottom of the Login page to press your app store button. After the app has downloaded, and you have opened it, there is no longer any need to scan a QR Code. Just return to our Parent Portal website and press the app store button a second time. Done! Again, in order to use the app, you must first have a child enrolled in a program.

School Delays and Cancellation Procedures for BAC
BAC and Zone 58 School Delays: When school is delayed due to inclement weather, BAC will be open at 7:15 AM at each of our seven school sites. There is no extra cost for School Year AM/PM and School Year AM plans during a two hour delay. If your child is enrolled in School Year PM plan only or Occasional Care and your child attends on a delayed day, your account will be charged $15.00 for BAC and $19.00 for Zone 58 for morning care. Multiple child discounts will apply.
BAC and Zone 58 Early Dismissals: If students are dismissed early due to inclement weather, BAC/Zone 58 will remain open at each of the seven school sites until 5:30 PM. There is no extra cost for the School Year AM/PM and the School Year PM plans. If your child is enrolled in the School Year AM plan or Occasional Care and attends during an early dismissal, your account will be charged $23.00 for BAC students and $19.00 for Zone 58 students. Multiple child discounts will apply.
BAC and Zone 58 School Closings: When school is closed due to inclement weather or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control, BAC will be open from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM at two different locations. Children who attend Monon Trail, Washington Woods, or Carey Ridge will go to Carey Ridge. Children who attend Maple Glen, Shamrock Springs, or Oak Trace will go to Oak Trace. Those children who are in Zone 58 will go to the elementary site that would be their home elementary school’s location. When school is closed, children will need to bring a nonperishable lunch and drink. Both morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. We will support eLearning as long as your child brings a device or has access to one at the site. For all service plans, fees will be adjusted to $38.00 per day, per child. Multiple child discounts will apply.
Closings will be announced on local television, radio stations and through phone/text/email messages from the school district. The determination whether or not to close school for a Hamilton County Travel Watch will be made on a case-by-case basis. All program sites will be closed in the event of a Hamilton County Travel Warning or if conditions are unsafe for families and staff or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control.
POLICY: As is the case in any child care, we do NOT provide credit or refunds for days not attended whether this day is by parent choice or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control.
IMPORTANT: If Hamilton County issues a Travel Warning or if conditions are unsafe for families and staff or for circumstances beyond the school district’s control, parents will be notified that we are closing and children will need to be picked up as soon as safely possible.

FAQ
What schools have the BAC program?
BAC (before and after school care) is at all the elementary schools and Westfield Intermediate.
How do I enroll?
Please visit the BAC webpage (https://elc.wws.k12.in.us/
Is there a waitlist?
Yes, there can be a waitlist at different points in the year depending on the site.
What is the waitlist process?
You will be notified if you are placed on the waitlist. You can be contacted at different points in the year to see if you are still interested in remaining on the waitlist. Students are enrolled from the waitlist in order of enrollment date and time.
How many spots are available each year at each building?
This number will vary from year to year and building to building. Families who are currently enrolled will have first priority to return. Once current families have enrolled this will dictate how many support are open to new families in the community. At some schools there may only be a few open spaces for the new school year.
What is the discipline policy?
The discipline policy is outlined in the handbook and applies to any child enrolled in BAC.
What if I don’t send my kid, do I have to pay?
Yes, you are still required to pay for care because the program is for the whole school year. You may choose to withdraw at any time with a two week email notice to mychild@wws.k12.in.us. If you register for occasional care you are only required to pay for the days your child attends BAC.
My student has a disability, are they still allowed to attend?
Yes, all students are welcome. Please understand that BAC staff are not certified teachers and that BAC is separate from the school day. Therefore, this program does not fall under FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education). Additionally, we can not provide 1:1 or additional supports. The child will be subject to the same behavior policy as all other children.
What do snow days and school cancellations look like?
The BAC program will keep you updated about the consideration of parking lots and sidewalks, which could impact the ability to open. District messaging will give the BAC status and further communication will come for EZ ChildTrack. If BAC were open, the program would operate at their inclement weather sites. School delays and cancellations information sheet can be found on the BAC website.
What does the BAC environment look like at the schools?
This varies based on the site. Generally speaking, children will remain in large groups with similar aged peers. While we have a schedule at each site, the time is less structured than the school day. Every site has at least three adults and we also have several high school students who help to supervise students. Each site may have over 100 students on any given day.
