The popular Westfield Summer Camps 2025 program will be at Carey Ridge Elementary for 3 years old up through 13 years old and is available to families who live in the Westfield Washington School district boundaries. Our summer program provides full day care, summer opportunity and sports camps for grades K-8, and more. A link to download the Westfield Summer Camp catalog will be posted here by mid-February that will include complete details and pricing.

Summer Program for 3's, 4's and Kindergarten
Our full-time summer care for 3's, 4's and 2025-26 kindergarten children will be at Carey Ridge Elementary due to ongoing construction at the Early Learning Center. Our program will start June 2 through July 25 and requires full summer enrollment for this age group. In addition, Westfield Washington Schools teachers, staff, and coaches are offering mini 4 half day (1 1/2 hour long) opportunity and sports camps for the kindergarten children. Many of these kindergarten camps have limited enrollment and will be filled first come, first serve. Online enrollment begins Monday, March 3 at 6:00 AM with the deadline to enroll in this summer program by May 15. We will charge a $30 cancellation fee per enrollment if you make changes or cancellations so please do not submit enrollment unless you are sure your child will be attending. Space is limited.
Summer Program for Grades 1 through 13 Years Old
The full week summer program for grades 1 through 13 years old will be at Carey Ridge Elementary starting June 2 through July 30. We will group children by 2025-26 grades so parents will submit enrollment using the child's grade level for the next school year. We offer week-by-week enrollment with two deadlines to enroll or cancel to provide flexibility with your summer planning. Online enrollment will begin Monday, March 3 at 6:00 AM. May 15 is the first deadline to enroll or cancel activities scheduled from June 2-27 and June 16 is the second deadline to enroll or cancel camps that are scheduled from June 30-July 30. We will charge a $30 cancellation fee, per change or cancellation of enrollment so please do not submit enrollment for camps unless you are sure your child will be attending.
Westfield Washington School teachers, staff, and coaches are offering many 4 half day opportunity and sports camps throughout the summer. Some of these camps have limited enrollment and will fill first come, first serve. Add these to your child's full week care or enroll your child in just the opportunity and sports camps only. Complete summer camp details including instructions to submit online enrollment, and opportunity and sports camp descriptions will be posted here soon!
Summer Menus
This summer we will provide morning and afternoon snacks and drinks at the full week summer programs ages 3 to 13 years old. Lunches will not provided this summer for the full week summer care programs. We will provide a link to download the summer snack menus at a later date.
EZ ChildTrack App Available to Download
Registered families can download the new EZ ChildTrack Parent Portal app! This is a secured app and requires you to first have a child enrolled in a program before you are able to use the app.
Click the EZ ChildTrack link to the left to go to our Parent Portal website, then scroll down to the bottom of the Login page to press your app store button. After the app has downloaded, and you have opened it, there is no longer any need to scan a QR Code. Just return to our Parent Portal website and press the app store button a second time. Done! Again, in order to use the app, you must first have a child enrolled in a program.
